Website Icon for bookmarking?

Not sure what else to call this, but can we change the website icon so that my bookmark for HT isn't just a plain white page.

For instance, GoHeels.com has the interlocking NC logo. Old HT forum had the default vBulletin logo as it's bookmark image. Even that would be better than the blank page.

I can take a screenshot if you really have no idea what im talking about.
